What we do
Kitchens and bathrooms, and the remodels that go further than one room
Most projects start with a kitchen or a bathroom. Some stay there; some grow into the dining room, the flooring through the first floor, or the whole house before a family moves in. We are set up as a general contractor so that either way, one company plans the work, schedules the trades, and is responsible for the finished result.
Materials are chosen at full size at our design center on 13th Street, and the scope goes in writing before anything is ordered.

What is included, what is not, and what happens if we find something behind the wall. A scope that lives in someone’s memory is a dispute waiting for a date.

The weeks your kitchen is unusable. The inspection that has to happen before the drywall goes on. The lead time on cabinetry that sets your start date.

The job is not done when the room looks done. It is done when the walkthrough list is closed.
